Great customer service from the moment you pull up to the moment you leave. I was there for an early servicing appointment and even though it was early and they were all busy everyone smiled and said hello/good morning. And throughout the service there were lots of details they pay attention to that make you feel well-served and welcome. Extremely happy with my entire experience.

I had the best experience when picking up my new vehicle. I had the pleasure of having Mark Deacon deliver my new car to me, his attention to detail made the transition so easy. He was so helpful and amazing during my delivery experience and even to this day he has helped me a ton with any questions I may have and even offered me a second demo! Thank you Mark for such an amazing experience. You truly are a gem.

Had an appt at 11:30am. Drove up to the bay doors and immediately greeted by a rep. Drove my car into the service area and was met immediately by a service advisor. Excellent, unlike my previous experience where staff was too busy chatting with each other (3 of them). Huge difference in my experience this time around. Very satisfied.

I took my Honda Element in today to get the airbags fixed.. Service was 10/10... An employee came out to greet me literally as I was pulling into the lot. Super friendly, kind and prompt service by everyone I met. The waiting room was very comfortable and had complimentary coffee... No complaints here, thanks Destination Honda for having such a nice staff!
