Edit: Service manager reached out to me personally, and offered to do another inspection. This time, they found that the issue was not as dire as engine replacement, but a simpler fix, still worth a bit of money, which they waived charges for as a gesture of goodwill. I am satisfied that they found and fixed the issue, and greatly appreciate the goodwill gesture. As such, I will update my review to 5 stars. Thank you for the service. I'm talking to your sales next to hopefully finalize a new purchase soon as well. Old review: Got them to inspect a newly purchased used car, and to recommend repairs, if any. They found all the fluid levels to be 'bad' and suggested flush and refill. Cost a bit money too. Great, I thought since nothing else is wrong with the car, let me splurge and do everything they recommend, as well as detail to make it feel new. One and a half months go by, now my car started making engine knocking noises. Bring it over to them, and they say I have engine damage and I need to replace the engine. Yes, out of the blue. Now I'm questioning whether they did anything in their initial 'inspection'. I understand everyone can make mistakes, but I'm the one getting the short end. Staff was professional and courteous though, so two stars for that.

Bought my 2021 Civic Type-R Limited Edition at Destination Honda Burnaby last week. The buying experience is simply the best! This is the second vehicle I bought from them since 2019. Destination Honda dealership is exactly what we expect a dealership to be, a place where customer's been looked after. My experience in this dealership had been great from start to finish. Just ask for the service advisor named Brett. He is very helpful and cooperative. He listened to my query and offered his advises which turned out extremely helpful. He is friendly and professional and helped me in getting the deal as per my satisfaction. Kudos Destination Honda :)

I went there to buy brand new car, they have the best customer service. ken was our sales person, down to earth service. He is very helpful, patient and very accommodating. He is very knowledge and helped us narrow our choices. He gave us the best deal. There was no pressure tactics, just very honest and straight forward process. The process was smooth and very efficient. Everyone who was involved in the process of purchasing was very friendly. I would highly recommend Ken to anyone looking for the vehicle.
