What we need from you:

• Can analyze and interpret the needs of guests and offer the appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions.
• Well developed communication skills - can effectively work and interact with other members of the dealership.
• Can operate independently in a fast-paced environment while ensuring quality is best-in-class!
• The ability to follow policies and procedures as mandated my manufacture guidelines.
• Fully licensed (Red Seal) automotive technician
• Honda manufacture training is a bonus.
• Valid driver's License with a clean driving abstract.
