Automotive Sales Administrator

Our amazing, hard-working and dedicated team is looking for the next Automotive Sales Administrator to join our Sales Department team at Destination Honda Burnaby!

The Automotive Sales Administrator will be responsible for ensuring all vehicle deal transactions and documentation is accurate, complete and processed in a timely manner while simultaneously liaising between the store and our support services for accounts receivables, vehicle sales processing and the reception area.

This position will offer an abundance of knowledge, independence, and provide the opportunity to progress further into the Automotive Industry.

• 2+ years of administration or automotive reception experience.
  o Exposure to processing payroll.
  o Familiar with financial concepts in the automotive industry
  o Analytical abilities as well as diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  o Open to rapid changes in work structure
• Experience in overseeing / managing the reception department
• STRONGLY possess the ability to multi-task.
• ECELLENT & SUPERB verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with programs such as One-Eighty, CDK, Vehicle Sales Authority (VSA), and other dealership programs.
